We have used Flooring Zone during our total home remodel over the past year. They have installed everything from travertine, porcelain, laminate and hardwood to custom glass tile in our showers and kitchen. During our renovation we had two high profile Contractors managing separate projects which included some of the tile work. Flooring Zone was called in on both projects to take over the tile work due to their level of skill and expertise. Their staff is dedicated, hard-working, professional and reliable. After comparing their pricing with competitor products and services, we found that Flooring Zone was the most fair and transparent. They arrived on time and stay with our projects through successful completion. Miles would even drop by my office to deliver samples for us to consider. Having recently hired so many Contractors, Flooring Zone was a refreshing experience. We are bringing them back in shortly to finish the last rooms of our renovation. When it comes to Miles and the Flooring Zone, we just keep calling them back because I know we will get a great outcome. I highly recommend calling Flooring Zone first or at least include them before making a flooring or tiling decision. You can reach Miles DuChanois, Installation Manager/Sales, Flooring Zone at C:678-768-6090, O:855-344-ZONE.
My backdoor threshold was rotten and needed to be replaced. All other contractors indicated that I would have to order a new door, but Mr. Wilkins said he could replace the damaged wood and reseal it. He quoted a fair price and was able to schedule the job quickly. Due to some of the water damage, my wood floor needed repair as well. I had some extra pieces and he was able to replace the floor too. Work was done in a few hours. I am really happy with the work performed.
As an engineer we have a saying that goes "good, fast, cheap; pick two). We got pushed back a little further than originally anticipating but as I worked in construction and weather it was understandable. They were BY FAR the lowest price on architectural shingles and lower with this price than all but one or two who quoted 3-tab shingles. I didn't see any nails on the ground after the job and Ray told us we could load any trash besides paint and something else before the trash company picked up the container a couple days later. They pay per pound as that's the only way I've ever found plus haul and deliver and maybe number of days. Ray was easy to work with and I know we had some plywood sheets replaced. Cover your stuff in the attic as there was a mess up there which I should of anticipated as he said he replaced several sheets. There were nail penetrations in the attic roof (quite a few) which I could bend sideways with a hammer. I'm not stating that last part to complain but more so as a courtesy to the business for future clients. We feel we got much more than we paid for which is VERY rare when dealing with contractors. If you want super pretty attic ceailing it will cost you and the competitors who bid a lot more didn't guarantee it to us except one who did use a better pad but was also a grand and a half less than TWICE what The Art of Home Improvement charged. I would recommend to my family members and friends in a second (unless they want a metal roof which I don't know if they do or not.)
Super professional contractor!! Does and outstanding job and takes time to explain the process with no hidden charges!
Rafael and his team did an outstanding interior painting job at my condo. I needed to repaint my one bedroom condo walls and ceiling. This was my first time using Thumbtack to hire contractors so I was little skeptical in the beginning. I met up with several contractors for an estimate but the quote and schedule did not work. Rafael was willing to work with quick turnaround schedule for a reasonable price. Throughout the whole process, he was honest and very responsive. My condo has a strict HOA restrictions for contractors but Rafael still came through and brought in his team to paint my place! His team arrived at at a scheduled time and Rafael updated me to let me know second coat was needed. We've already discussed second coat price so it was not a surprise. I went home after work and my place looked amazing! Even the corners of the wall looked neatly painted and the color was just as I expected. They also unmounted my TV, took down the curtains and unscrew nails before they painted the walls at no additional cost. Of course, the TV was mounted back on the wall just like before after the paint. Overall, I'm satisfied with the paint job and most importantly the reliability. Buying a house and moving can be very stressful but Rafael made the painting portion of my place so easy. No miscommunication, no surprise fees and prompt response throughout the whole process!!! THANK YOU! I'm referring him to my friends and will come back for another business in the future. See you again!
I accepted Wes’ estimate because he came in lower than everyone else and his reviews and pix were great. Unfortunately, I had to back out of our talks because my dad (who’s a contractor) ended up doing the work for me.
TB Concrete owner Todd Black was amazing to work with! My project exceeded my expectations. Todd and his crew were here on time and worked with me when I wanted to make some changes on the fly. My project was an addition to my drive roughly 12’ x 75’, 50’ cement 25’ crushed runner. Todd’s crew also did a smaller 12x20 pad for neighbor the same day. Both of us highly recommend TOdd and crew!
Awesome job! I am very happy to say that my project came out better than I expected. Eddie was very professional and won my project up front with his curtsy of truly getting my ideas and coming up with a reasonable quote right away. He always kept me informed and updated each step of the way. This was very important to me. He went way beyond the job request. My backyard paver, and new sob project looks great and I'm already looking forward to our next project! Thanks Eddie. VP Emerson
Anthony and crew are hard workers. They took on a substantial task (transferring a mountain of wood chip mulch to the back yard) and saw it to completion. They also left everything neat and tidy. I'll definitely hire them again for future tasks and highly recommend.
I have used this contractor for renovations on my home. He promptly replies to calls, His workmanship is great. He is flexible when unforeseen complications arise. Would recommend him. Honest and polite.
Working with A+ Driveway was fantastic! We had tried getting bids from several contractors for a new walkway and found that A+ Driveway was prompt, well priced and knowledgable. They showed up the next day early in the morning and had our walkway done by the afternoon. The work looks fantastic! The following day they even came by to clean up supplies and concrete supporting and to check on the sidewalk. We would highly recommend them to anyone!
Excellent, Excellent, Excellent work. My patio was about 50 yards from where the cement truck could go and the guys took their wheelbarrows, and efficiently poured the concrete and spent time making it look fantastic.
Simply cannot say enough positive things about Atwood Contracting! Wes and his company were recommended by a friend when I needed someone to reclaim my yard following major storm damage. Wes showed up when promised to provide an estimate and began work when he said he would, as well as finished on time and on budget. He honestly took a lot of stress off of me as I was dealing with other contractors for home repair at the same time. Those contractors even told me how impressed they were with his work and effort. To me, that says an awful lot.
Wade is very honest and a very hard worker. He listens to the Customer and works hard to satisfy the Customers wants and needs. My job was a very large concrete pad a long distance from my paver$$ driveway. No Cement Trucks allowed !!! Had to mix and pour it the old fashion way, no short cuts. He cleaned up the site after and made sure we inspected the job closely before he left. I would use him again.
I contacted GGC (Ga General Contractors) to do a change in color for my entire home, 4 bedrooms 3 bath home in Sandy Springs and the work was absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend, very professional and humble people that I interacted with, awesome job.
I am a property manager, so I am very familiar with Contractors!!! Right Away Contracting is exactly Matt, he gets out to all of my properties quickly my tenants love him and I am glad we have made contact and I look to continue working with him long term!

Finally a Contractor you can trust, finished the Remodeling project and saved me money for a better appraisal
Very nice family. Brad got what I was looking for and had a design right away. Chase and Reese did excellent work, dodging cold temperatures and rains. Wished I had more money to have them fence and ‘cement pond’ my whole acre😉. Will us again.
Overall I am very pleased with the way my gate turned out. The only hiccup was when Keith came out he quoted me a price which I assumed was for labor and materials. Turns out it was for only labor. Yes it was stated on my quote, but everything was done on his mobile phone to process our transaction. I did not open the quote to review. We talked and it seemed great so I hired him. It has been a very rare event to have a contractor come to my house and only quote me labor and if they did, they specifically mentioned it to me while talking. I should have asked, but I felt like Keith should have stated it was for labor only. In the end Keith ate half the cost ($150 roughly) of the materials to make it right which was very much appreciated.
They replaced a front step and added an air conditioner pad in the back at my rental property. I am impressed with the job they did.
