Introduction: We are a mother/ daughter team from Koln Germany and we prepare German food. We offer you a unique and authentic German food experience! You won't be disappointed! Although everything is delicious our staple food is Potato Pancakes served with applesauce. Our daily menu also includes: Bratwurst, Weisswurst, Curry Wurst served on a bun with homemade Sauerkraut Chicken or Pork Schnitzel with fresh lemon served with Red Cabbage & Spatzle German Chili- made with Bratwurst & Beer for a uniquely delicious flavor German Potato Salad Homemade, authentic Apple Strudel Black Forest Cake We prepare most everything fresh and on site, you will not be disappointed. At Hansel & Griddle we LOVE to cook and offer authentic German food. We take great pride in offering fresh and authentic food along with the experience! Our greatest pleasure is to make people happy and have them return for more with friends. We also speak German and appreciate when our customers who have visited Germany tell us of their experiences there and speak a little German with us.
