These guys were great and I would recommend them to anyone. They were responsive (and I called with lots of questions and they were extremely patient!) and returned my calls every time. I was installing a microwave and needed to create an external vent. To calm my nerves, they went the extra mile of talking with the microwave installers to make sure they were both on the same page. The office was responsive and the installer, when he arrived was professional and took the time to explain everything to us.
The only thing I would suggest for them is to be cleaner in their sealing work on the outside. Ours is a bit messy looking but overall, the vent works. If I could have scored 4.5, I would do that but they were better than 4 stars. Just work on being neater on the application of the sealants so the end product looks cleaner since its visible from the outside. Would I use them again -- in a heartbeat!

Great experience! I got prompt response on thumbtack and scheduled an in person quote. Then 2 days earlier I got a call from them letting me know they had an earlier appointment slot available. They came out, quoted and job, and ended up actually doing the work right then and there. I felt like the pricing was very fair and the work done was great. No games no hustling. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent experience. They came on short notice and did great work. They replaced the insulation around our ducts in our laundry room that were exposed and in bad shape. They look so much cleaner and modern now. Very professional team!
