What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing ranges from $5.50 to $7.oo per square foot on average, depending on the condition and needs of the concrete floor. Severe cracks and chips are the factors that can drive pricing. I do not use epoxy, I use Cyclospartics and Polyurea which is 20x stronger and patented to Garage Force.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a 5-10 minute phone call and find out about the project. From there I typically give a rough estimate on costs, and if that aligns with the customer, schedule an in home measurement and concrete check for a solid price.
