9 months ago I walked rather limped into L.A. Fitness weighing 320lbs, walking with my cane. Out of the blue this fit and fine (just keeping it real) woman approaches me I won't lie I got a little excited cause that just never happens to me...lol. In the most angelic voice ever she introduced herself, inquired about me, my health and noticeable limp. I explained that I'm in need of a new hip and the doctor won't cut me until I'm at least 250. Khandy says, "I have something that will help you." She introduces me to a protein shake called Body by Vi. I expressed to her that I'm not into auto billing and she says, "No worries I've got you." So I was able to get my Body by Vi protein shakes from her directly avoiding shipping and handling charges to boot. She even took the time to explain recipes and gave me free stuff to try. Every week she would see me at the gym struggling, but she would take the time to talk to me, see how my progress is coming, and be a soothing inspiration in my ear when I needed to hear something positive. Every week for months she stop, speak, talk about life in general not just my progress but always leaving me with something inspirational. She's been the constant motivator. Slowly but surely I started losing weight. The cane finally gets to rest as I no longer rely on it. I've been drinking my shakes, eating responsibly, using portion control, and increasing my exercises. 9 months later I'm 10 lbs away from my doctor's mandate of 250 lbs before he gives me my hip surgery. It's been a hard road, I can't say it's been a walk in the park; but finally I'm able to see the other side of through and I owe a debt of gratitude to Khandy my Motivator in Chief. Thank you Khandy, I greatly appreciate you and so too does my body the one I'm continuing to work on and the 60 lbs that I've lost...~.~

I came in contact with Khandy on facebook when I saw her December workout challenge on someone else's page. I sent her a message asking to be tagged so I can start the challenge as well and she added me. Although we have not met personally I feel that I know her because anything that I have requested from can she sent me the workouts earlier then she posted because I do my workouts prior to going to work, she accommodated me. At that time she was posting daily, I then asked if she could do a monthly schedule so I wouldn't have to wait to see what was going to be for the day and she accommodated that as well by posting the challenge exercises for the week. She also includes video of the exercises that are not common to ensure we know how to do it correctly. With Khandy, I am on my way to a fit lifestyle...

I remember the time I made sure everyone ate well, exercised, journal, enjoy life, etc. I was young and bouncy...full of energy. Before I knew it life happened. I have experienced ultimate high career goals and enjoying life to the fullest; and I also know what disappointment feels like. I realized that I was not in the position to motivate folks to well-balanced living "like I use to"...even though I still do...for the 1st time I truly needed to be led... I met Kandy at a 5K. Her energy was addictive. Her passion for health was contagious. I remember my girlfriend and I running her down to get her info because I knew that she would get me back on track...quick!LOL. Her sessions will push you to levels that are challenging, fun, and tailored to the needs of your body. She makes you want to move!! For the short time I've completed her sessions my results have been simply amazing. She is skilled in her craft and trust me you will get the results you want. HardKandy is the truth and trust me you will not be disappointed.

Working out with Khandy was a great experience & change of pace from my regular weight training routine. We worked out around the neighborhood which was convenient & challenging due to the hills. She introduced me to aerobic & plyometric training that had my muscles sore that I thought was fairly strong from years of working out & sports training. Her encouragement was well accepted because it wasn't forceful but direct which allowed me to continue & push myself at times when I wanted to quit. The Workout was for about an hour that went pretty quick. All in all it was a great workout & experience & I will definitely continue.
