The spring on my garagedoor snapped as I was about to drive my daughter to school. As I searched for a repair, I chalked up the day as a loss for me and my daughter. Michael from Prolift quickly responded to my inquiry and was very empathetic and personable. He sent Dylan to my house for the repair, who reached out to me within 10 minutes and was at the house within an hour. About 40 minutes later the door was fully functioning and my daughter only missed 2 classes. I went from having a trapped car in my garage to business as usual in less than 2 hours. And at the end, Dylan was thorough and Michael over-delivered with great value by providing a very fair price for the job. Needless to say Prolift is bookmarked and saved in my phone for future garagedoor updates I have planned.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide discounts for Military Veterans and First Responders. We are very transparent with our pricing and will only give estimates on what is needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send you an SMS message or call when our technician is on the way to your house. Upon arrival the technician will perform a free safety inspection of your door then he will diagnose and give you free a estimate which will include several options for fixing your door.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have several years of on the job experience as garage door techs and receive training at Amar's national training facility in North Carolina.
