- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing, however we also recommend quality products. We don't have the cheapest prices overall, but we can accommodate any budget. We do offer several specials, free service charges and free estimates. Military and senior citizen discounts. No disposal fees, and tax free labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer a phone call, preferably in the garage so we can both get as close to what's needed and how much it is. Beware of companies that upsell or operate on average ticket pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
18 years experience has given us almost every scenario mastered.
