Buildline recently completed construction of our office and the process and results were great! Sam and superintendent Tony were very responsive to our requests the project turned out exactly as we planned, within budget and on time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for some construction work to be done.

I have hired Blue Ocean for our office renovation. They obtained all required permits and did a fantastic job. The entire team was professional and prompt. I would hire them again!

Watch out for Buildline contracting. Watch Buildline while they are doing the work to be sure they do the work you are expecting. Watch that Buildline does even very important very expensive line items specifically called out in the contract. Ensure Buildline installs very important items potentially impacting finished product safety. If Buildline decides not to do major project elements, they should communicate same to client before doing work, not agree to do the job, or exclude those elements from the contract. Technically capable of doing good work.

Details: I have sketches and/or a basic idea of the project • Repairs to existing structure • Less than 500 sq ft • Commercial

Thank you for your feedback. However, we do not believe it is a fair assessment of the quality of our work or our work ethic. This issue has gone to the arbitrator after the Client refused to make the final payment upon the completion of the project. Upon submission of necessary documents, the arbitrator decided that Buildline deserved the final payment and ordered the Client to make the payment asap. It is only after failing the arbitration process the Client chose to change her rating from 5* to 1*. Below are the specifics of the case. As was agreed by the arbitrator, Buildline finished the project on time within the approved budget. Our work has been inspected by in-house engineers and certified by a 3rd party engineering company. All the work we have done received necessary permits and passed the City inspections. Furthermore, we have obtained Certificate of Occupancy for the Client. We also went above and beyond and accommodated Client's schedule change requests. Due to these changes, we had to stop the work two times for filming crews. However, although we had completed the project on time with all the necessary inspection reports and certifications, the Client still refused to make the payment and came up with more work orders instead. We had to take to take the issue to the arbitrator, and the arbitrator validated that the Client did indeed owe us money.
