My experience with Premier Stone Repair exemplified professionalism and quality from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and he set honest and realistic expectations about our repair from the start. He showed up the very next day right on time to work on our small quartz chip repair in our countertop. We were unfortunately only able to find two of the approximate four pieces from the chip, and he did a great job of explaining the limitations of quartz repairs especially when missing the pieces, possible solutions he could try, and what the likely outcome would be. He went above and beyond to make the repair look as seamless as possible. He made multiple different batches attempting to best color match our counter, and both showed and talked through with us on why these color matches would lead to a subpar result. The end result blends into our counter really well and just looks like the veins of color that exist elsewhere throughout the quartz. We know it's there, but it's hard to find otherwise and I doubt anyone else would notice. I definitely recommend and would use Premier Stone Repair again if something unfortunate like this were to reoccur.

Fabricio responded quickly to my service request. I had several cracks in my 26 year old granite countertop, surrounding the kitchen sink. One of the cracks was long and deep. Fabricio explained the way the granite had been mounted and the need to not only fill the cracks but also why the metal piece under the edge was not needed and had contributed to the problem, as the metal had rusted over the years. He cut the granite, filled the cracks and replaced the pieces so that they were closely joined. He did an excellent job caulking around the sink, sealed and polished the area and left it cleaner than it was before he began. Outstanding work!
