- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies due to every project being unique and having different needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I host a free Discovery call that can last up to 30 minutes. If the Client wishes to proceed, we schedule a consultation. The consultation consists of discussing design ideas, colors, spacing and layouts, measurements, discussing a realistic budget and how long the design would take to complete. If the Client wishes to proceed past the consultation, they will receive a proposal with the expenses, anticipated deadline as well as the company’s process to complete a project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
First I started designing my place and close friends and family. I knew this was my passion so I made the decision to make it a business while also doing design internships.
