- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum charge starts with 2 Hours. Sometimes we can pick up 1 hour service in between scheduled services. We charge $8/ person. We are able to serve up to 200 people per hour. Minimum Charge decreases by hour: 1st hour: $600; Minimum Serve: 75 items 2nd hour: $450; Minimum Serve: 57 Items 3rd hour: $400; Minimum Serve: 50 Items 4th hour: $350; Minimum Serve 44 Items 5th hour: $300; Minimum Serve 38 items 6th hour: $250; Minimum Serve 32 items 7th hour: $200; Minimum Serve 25 items 8th hour: $150; Minimum Serve 20 items
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We ask to fill out a form with questions that is on the bottom of our page. It takes few minutes. 2. We respond with the quote by email or questions. Sometimes we call to make sure we understand very well the needs off the person. Especially when client has special MENU requests or something unusual. 3. After both sides agree, we email agreement and the invoice. 4. Close to the event we will send our crew's contact information and work out any final details. 5. Payment can be made before event online or after the event.
