I was in a bind trying to move two houses into one home. I didn’t have time to scroll and talk and scroll more because I was in a bind. I saw the commercial for Thumbtack and decided to give it a shot. BDM was the top rated moving service on the app and I completely understand why. Jeremy wasted no time in contacting me and making me feel that my business was appreciated. He explained how he started the business and why his team would take care of my family like their own; and they did; kudos to Malik and his team for being on time, communicative, honest, respectful of my houses, attention to detail with our items, and for being good dudes. The company is truly a representative of the owner and the team I worked with is a representation of great customer service. The pricing was explained and it was fair. The only thing I was not aware of was the stair fee, but for the work these guys put in to between three residences - it was a small price to pay. Thank you BDM, you truly made my big deal a small days matter.
