The movers arrived on time, got the set up, asked appropriate questions,, and got right to work. Very professional and friendly, and they were clearly pros. Booking them was easy and quick. Gave me the truck fee with a reasonable hourly rate so there were no surprises. Confirmed with me the day before. Communicated well. Overall an A+++++ I hope I don’t have to move again, but if I do I’ll definitely call this company again.

The movers were very nice but inefficient, and I wouldn’t hire them again. They brought too- small of a truck, so my husband had to rent a larger one for another $100, also delaying the move. Also, they ran 30 minutes behind us to the delivery location getting gas for a local move. My husband and I started unloading while we waited for them and didn’t stop til it was completed 5 hours later. It took 9 hours total to move our 2-bedroom apartment, with us helping. I’ve never felt the need to help just to make sure it was completed that day but they just weren’t prepared for all our books etc. Despite labeling the floor and room of every box, they stacked most together in a corner. I’m still sorting them After paying $850 for movers and still ending up beat up and exhausted, we’ll hire a more experienced group next time. The main issues were the small truck and stairs; they carried boxes individually instead of using the dolly, which is why it took the last movers half the time with even with stairs. Huge positives: they were careful, didn’t break anything, and were great guys. They’d be great for small, ground-floor moves.
