- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every yard is different and customizable to meet the needs of the family so we offer FREE in-yard Estimates or if you prefer pricing by email we are happy to view your property through our Satellite program to send you pricing. *************************************
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our Fence specialist will come out for a Free in-yard consultation to discuss all the many different options we can do in the yard and give you several pricing options depending on layout and system choice. Then we can get your install scheduled for quick install. Typically within just a few days. Our installer arrives on time the day of installation and walks the yard again to discuss exact fence placement. The Traditional Fence installs take 1-5 days depending on size and Hidden Fence installs take approx. 5 hours, then the trainer comes. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Hidden Fence system packages come complete with Hidden Fence Boundary training. After the installation is complete one our certified hidden fence trainers will come to your home. They will teach you everything about the system and will help teach you and your pup boundary training. In a few short days with some easy homework your pup will be running free safe in the yard.
