- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing offers flexibility. Once we can discuss you needs, concerns, and what is most to value to you and your pets, I can determine a structure which will be mutually beneficial.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct an intake. Ideally, this is a phone call, and in person meet and greet. I offer references and have a detailed discussion about any concerns and preferences that are important to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned/ rescued and trained dozens of dogs. I am in the process of a certification for animal nutrition and wellness.
