Amy is a fantastic real estate agent! She is knowledgeable, nice, fast at responding and great to work with. She even helped us move some boxes which was very helpful because Im pregnant. Amy has been extremely helpful throughout the process of me selling my condo remotely from another state. She took care of every single aspect, from cleaning out the stuff left by my previous tenant, to renovating the condo, and eventually listing and selling it. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering selling or purchasing property in Atlanta.

Amy is very patient and excellent at communication. Before each house viewing, she organizes and prints out the details of the house and puts them in a folder for our convenience. Although the house we liked was under contract at first, after it went back on market, Amy successfully negotiated for a price lower than listing. We really enjoy house hunting with Amy :)
