Amy helped us with finding the perfect house from our move from Alabama to Georgia. She took the time to discuss all the pros and cons of each city and type of houses to buy and we could tell right away that she would be the right person to help us through this process. Unlike other agents that we've met with in the past, Amy has a go-getter mentality & personality and that has been such a big advantage when it comes to negotiating a great deal for us. The most helpful thing for us, was that she was able to go to showings for us when we weren't able to (due to being out of state) and she was able to virtually show us the homes. The home-buying process would not have been possible if we didn't have Amy to help us with this. We went under contract with several other offers on the table & Amy was even able to negotiate closing costs and a home warranty. She always kept us in the loop during the whole process & we never had to wait for a response from her - she's really on top of things! I wouldn't hesitate using Amy again for any real estate transactions in the future!

Amy was instrumental in finding, negotiating and ultimately winning bids on our wonderful home in Sugar Hill, and a number of investment properties in Gwinnett and Forsyth Co. She was very patient in driving us around, comparing neighborhoods, while we were house hunting prior to moving here. She really shone in her effective strategies for packaging and negotiating offers in a very competitive environment, early 2021. She is also well connected with professionals in lending, insurance , home inspections and repair. This all helped in meeting deadlines dictated by the seller, and feeling confident about the purchase. Amy proved equally capable in finding good tenants for our rentals. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have her as our realtor.
