- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is very affordable and inclusive. Others charge three times as much as I do for similar packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. The first step is to gather information through a questionnaire, resume and an interview. 2. After that, I gather my notes and create a cohesive resume for the person. 2a. If the person has LinkedIn included in his or her package, then I'll create the LinkedIn profile as well. 3. I deliver the first draft of the resume and/or LinkedIn profile. The person then provides clarity or more information. 4. I create the final versions of the documents. Everyone gets three free revision. Certain plans come with more revisions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and I am currently pursuing a Masters of Public Administration. I have experience as a Career Ambassador for the University of Florida and a recruiter for a top agency in Atlanta.
