FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We operate inspection-first, not sales-first. Most of our roof inspections are provided at no cost when tied to a potential insurance claim or storm-related concern. Our focus is on Claim Verifiability™—determining whether there is real, documentable damage before anyone talks about replacement. If a project requires advanced diagnostics, forensic-level documentation, or engineering-style reporting, we’ll outline that upfront—no surprises. We don’t use high-pressure pricing or “today-only” discounts. Our value is in accuracy, documentation, and protecting the homeowner from unnecessary or non-verifiable work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We follow the Inspector Roofing Protocols™: Inspection First – Full system evaluation (not just shingles), including leak tracing, slope analysis, and condition mapping Documentation – Wide-to-tight forensic photos, test squares, and damage identification Claim Verifiability™ Review – We determine if the damage meets insurance thresholds (not guesswork) Evidence Packet – If applicable, we build a carrier-readable file with photos, annotations, and scope alignment Next Step Guidance – Whether that’s monitoring, repair, or moving forward with a claim We don’t skip steps, and we don’t “sell roofs.” We document reality and guide based on evidence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our approach is built around real-world insurance claim environments, not just installation. We operate using structured inspection systems aligned with: HAAG-style damage identification principles OSHA safety standards Xactimate-aligned scope development Carrier-readable documentation practices Part 107 FAA Regulations We’ve also built Inspector Roofing University, an internal and public-facing training system designed to standardize how roof damage is identified, documented, and communicated in a claim environment.
