- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to obtain an accurate price we must setup a visit. Price is affected by various factors such as duration, quantity of debris, difficulty, and obstacles. We may provide you with a rough estimation using images.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will setup an appointment to provide you with a consultation by one of our ISA certified arborists. After proposal is accepted we will accommodate necessary local permits before work begins. After project is completed and customer is 100% satisfied payment is collected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ISA certified arborist will visit every appointment to provide you with a visual risk assessment of your trees. Crew members have years of experience.
