- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not add a markup to the materials needed for your project. I truly believe that if you are fair in your cost and pricing estimates you will have happy and satisfied customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is sometimes better to schedule a time to meet to review the project, unless it is specific, to provide the most accurate estimate I can for you. Sometimes it is easier to work at an hourly rate. If you look at my reviews, you will see that I work as quickly as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a union carpenter in New Jersey which requires training and testing. I have gone through OSHA (construction safety) training.
