Long review, short × Try to secure Dr. Will's time before you read my review. I had a curriculum vitae before reaching out to prospective contractors that needed to be improved so that the format facilitated movement for industry versus academic audience. Dr. Will called me to discuss my current cv's content and provided a sense of the types of enhancements she would suggest. She then provided me with a "whole" list of questions to generate content that was missing. Once I got the content assembled, Dr. Will used the content to design a new cv. The design work is high quality. In addition to her design skills, I suggest you try to secure Dr. Will's time because she is a seasoned HR professional. She does the resume design manually instead of allowing a computer to produce a rougher design, AND she has very reasonable rates.
