- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically require half of the project cost up front as a deposit, and then the other half to be paid at the time of completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know each other, a general introduction, followed by discussing what your expectations are. I pride myself in my communication and I'm happy to keep you as involved as you want to be!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is public safety as a firefighter/paramedic since 2012. I've done all things woodworking related for the last 11 years. The first nine years of that, I did it as a second job on my days off from the fire department. Two years ago, I decided that I would make woodworking/cabinetry my only job, and transition out of public safety.
