Scott was awesome! He was very quick to respond, gave me a fair and detailed quote, made all the arrangements for project completion prior to arriving, explained thoroughly everything he was going to do, showed up on time, often asked for my input and suggestions, and completed the project with quality standards that far exceeded by expectation. The project was delayed through no fault of Scott's which cost him extra time, but he was not going to bill me for the extra time. That wasn't fair, and the quality of his work was so good that I paid him a bonus. I will use him again. My home has never looked so good. Thank you Scott! Your professionalism, skill, and wonderful personality are all outstanding.
