My goodness Brit was amazing. I told her very quickly what I needed she got it the first time and she executed everything I needed with precision and she gave logical solutions to some very specific issues I was having. If and when I need someone else I will only let Brit work for me. She is beyond amazing!!

I was told that cleaning would take an estimated 4-5hours for the house. I actually budgeted for 5-6 hours. It took the cleaner close to 8hrs! I was quite disappointed to find out that the cleaner had been told she had 8hrs to work. I don’t think I would use this company again.

Hi, Carol. Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m truly sorry to hear that the cleaning took much longer than the 4–5 hours you were initially quoted. I understand how disappointing it must have been to budget for 5–6 hours, only to find out our cleaner finished almost 8hrs. We’re also sorry that we didn’t better anticipate the number of hours needed. Move-in/move-out cleanings for a 6-bed, 5-bath home are quite extensive, and there are many areas that require detailed deep cleaning. Even so, the discrepancy between the estimate you were given and what the cleaner was told should not have happened, and we understand how this affected your trust in our service. Your feedback is important, and we’ll use it to improve our communication and estimating process moving forward. We completely understand your frustration and why you may be hesitant to use our company again. If you’re open to it, we’d appreciate the chance to discuss this further and make things right and we'd be happy to give you a discount if you give us the chance.

I made and appointment and the company confirmed it. However, the cleaner never showed. Forty-Five minutes after the confirmed appointment time, I called to cancel the appointment. The company attempted to re-schedule, however, I had already changed my schedule to accommodate the confirmed time and refused to be further disappointed as I had out of town guest arriving to celebrate my birthday (11/14).
