WOW! What a nice job. This was our third roof cleaning in seven years. The New Technology price was in the mid-range of the quotes we received this year, but it is by far the best job that's been done for us so far, and it was done in a surprisingly short time. A bit of advice to anyone who needs this work done: 1) Don't believe anyone who tells you that they will spray the roof and after it rains it will be clean. It won't be. 2) Don't hire anyone who doesn't have the specific equipment needed for roof cleaning. It's too dangerous for the workers and much too scary for the homeowner to watch. New Technology has extremely sophisticated (immense!) equipment and good workers. You'll be really pleased with the outcome.

We hired LC to pressure wash our large Victorian home and surrounding fence in Dunwoody without damaging any of the abundant flowers and shrubs on our property. It was a three-day job. LC and his help arrived when expected each day, communicated his plans and progress regularly, damaged nothing, and made our home look freshly painted. He also took down limbs that were scraping the house, cleared the gutters, and alerted me to potential problem spots with our wood siding. He used hot water and moderate pressure and worked inches from the siding when washing, so we didn't lose any paint, either. Excellent worker and excellent results. I am recommending him to my neighbors.

What types of customers have you worked with?
We do exterior cleaning & pressure washing. We use hot water with the pressure set for what ever the job requires. The results are outstanding! In business since 93, fully insured. Roof cleaning is our speciality. High Steep Roofs are no problem for us.
