We hired Georgia Healthy Homes to install a mitigation system in the basement of our rental house. Mike and Trent came out and installed the system and reduced the radon level from 8 to 1.2.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every system is custom designed and a site visit is necessary to provide an accurate estimate. The cost of the system is going to be based on the design, the foundation, and any aesthetic considerations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For radon mitigation we provide a free consultation to do a preliminary design of the system and see what the best solution is for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degree is in Chemistry and I have many years of experience as a property inspectors. I have loads of certfications but, most relevant, are my NRPP Mitigtion Provider and Radon Measurement certifications.
