- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have both hourly and fixed monthly rate. It is based on the needs of the business. New clients set up a charge a one time set up fee and charge hourly for any clean up. Most of our clients love the fixed monthly rate as they know what they will be paying each month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begin with an initial meeting to discuss with the client is needing for their business. Analysis is done on their current accounting books to determine what the scope of work would be. The SOW is written up to indicate the work that is to performed and is approved by the owner/management of the company to do work. Work is either done onsite or virtual based on the accounting software they are using or need to be set up on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. We are also educated in the industry of accounting which helps us in teaching our clients about their books.
