Mark contacted me 1st on thumbtack. He reached out and answered my email. Another company offer to do my taxes for $85. I tried using them but had issues going onto their account. Mark called me the next morning to check on my progress. I told him I was going with another agency. I told them the price they wanted to charge and he said I don’t feel they are certified through irs so he walked me through the irs site to check if they were certified through the irs? They were not. I decided to use him and he was patient and understanding and walked me through the process.
