I mean, what can I say ! I had been searching for someone that knew how to work with people in sales and I was led to the Tax Genius..Mark is everything he says he is and he actually “under” credits himself ! I honestly did not expect much for the price but he was able to do 2 years returns for me in less than a week and what!! Actually saved me from owing the IRS a lot more than I thought I would. He stayed in constant communication with me thru out ..Thank you Mark from the bottom of my heart , you have a new client here if you’ll have me LOL if I could give Mark a million stars I would ! Mark was fantastic - not only did he respond to my original request immediately, he stayed responsive throughout the entire process. He followed up with me throughout, explained the process thoroughly, and genuinely made the stress of filing taxes relatively stress-free. His rate is also very reasonable and less than other prepares that responded. 10/10 would recommend and I'll be using him again next year!
