If youre raising kids in Atlanta, you know the drill school drop-offs, work, practices, games and basically living in the car So when our water bill suddenly got REALLY high, we needed someone out fast.The guys at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta were on it. Found the issue quickly, had everything on the truck and fixed it right there. Huge relief!We also learned way more about our plumbing system than we expected. We never go in the crawlspace and had no idea how much was going on down there Great guys, great company. Well definitely use them again probably sooner than we thought!

So glad we found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta! Wed had a shower head installed by another plumber and something just wasnt right. These guys figured out the problem quickly and got everything working perfectly.While they were here, they also walked through our 4-bedroom home and basement with me and helped me understand a lot more about our plumbing system. Turns out there are a few other things we need to tackle, so well definitely have them back.Great guys, knowledgeable and no pressure at all. Highly recommend!

We recently moved to our 2nd home in Oakhurst and actually found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta from a poster at Mescalitos, one of our favorite spots in the Village. So glad we called.We wanted a full plumbing inspection and, more than anything, some honest advice. New water heaters and replacing old cast iron isnt cheap, so we werent looking for a sales pitch. We just wanted to understand what we had, what could wait and what we should plan for.They were incredible. Took their time, explained everything and gave us a clear plan with zero pressure.
