Had an emergency leak at a rental property Sunday morning, luckily he was free and was able to stop by within the hour. Assessed an old leaking toilet that needed replacing and was willing to pick up a spare we had at another property a little over 20 min away for an additional pickup fee. Pretty fair pricing considering how prompt he was. Would recommend.
