This is the 2nd time I had asked Steven to help with plumbing needs. 1st time was at our previous home and he did a wonderful job addressing my concerns and fixing what needed to be fixed. This time around at our new home, I needed to have a slow showerhead drip fixed. Upon further inspection by Steven, it was noted that the water pressure throughout the house was way too high and that the pressure reducing valve had failed. Expansion tank had also failed due to the pressure. If it wasn’t for Steven’s visit, another plumber would have come and fixed the shower head issue but not anything else.
I am grateful that Steven was a true professional in fixing the issues that I had with the plumbing of the house. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough with his work. Even did a little extra that I was not charged for.

Steven was great, he was very knowledgeable and identified the problem right away. The local hardware stores didn’t have the exact part to repair the faucet but he searched around, drove around and found the replacement part.
