I made a 8am appointment with this company on last Friday. The following day, the appointment was changed to 10am due to a scheduling error on the company’s behalf - cool no problem. I confirmed the 10am appointment on July 3. This morning, I wake up to 5 missed calls and from apparently the plumber and receptionist (I set my alarm for 9:30am). Surprised to be getting so many calls as I already confirmed my appointment. Nevertheless, I text the receptionist and plumber back confirming my appointment … again. 10am came and went and no plumber … I texted the receptionist back and inquired if the time changed again. She responds with “The plumber said you canceled the appointment” huhhhh? I did no such thing! I proceeded with sending her a screenshot of the plumbers and I conversation. The receptionist advised that she’ll dispatch him back to my home. She came back and few moments later and stated “I’m sorry, he has moved on to another job”.. I said how? I have a twice confirmed appointment. She then states that the plumber is trying to contact me but my line is busy. Atp, I don’t know if the receptionist or plumber was lying but clearly .. someone was being dishonest. I then called the plumber and identified myself. He says his phone was “messed up” and calls weren’t going through. He said he never told the receptionist that I cancelled my appointment. Lol! This is a joke, right? He did a phone consultation and determined I needed a new water heater …without even coming to my house or physically looking at my water heater. This company is a joke. Please don’t waste your time.
