I hate that I could only select 3 positive attributes because this team had it all. They answered the very first call and I didn’t have to battle an AI bot to get through to a person. Phil and Justin were both the most kind, pleasant people. Justin installed the water heater, answered my questions, and cleaned up the work space in 2 hours. A weight was lifted off my shoulders and it didn’t break my bank account to solve the problem. If you want to get price gouged by a large, impersonal company, that’s your choice.
