We offer several types of discounts. We do not charge credit card fees when paying with a credit card. we off multiple items discount when you have several services done at same time. Just ask us :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first connect you directly with a plumber who understands your issue better than a scheduler or receptionist. we then walk through it over phone and ask simple question to better understand. then if needed we schedule a free service call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
24 years in the industry. 7 of those years in parts manufacturing and wholesale. Highly trained and certified in manufacturer we trust and not just whatever's on the Home Depot shelf. 17 years a s a service plumber and we have literally seen it all
