I had a wonderful experience working with Joshua. He was quick to respond to my ask, came out on the same day to diagnose the issue, and was ready to fix it as well. However, because of timing, I asked for him to come back another day, which he did. He was communicative, responsive, his work was clean, he and his colleagues were professional. I will definitely be reaching out to him again in the future if I need plumbing services again. I'd also like to mention, when he initially looked into the issue, he didn't just look into it at surface level, he actually looked the cause of the problem and fixed that. I appreciate his knowledge and professionalism.

I came home from work to find my yard completely flooded with water running down the street and had no idea how to stop it. I immediately called Stratco Services, and even though it was already 5:00 p.m., they offered to send someone out right away. The plumber quickly shut off the water, preventing further damage and a potentially huge water bill. They provided an extremely thorough and easy-to-understand estimate with a very fair price for the line replacement, taking the time to explain all repair options, along with the benefits and trade-offs of each. I chose the full replacement because of their outstanding 10-year warranty and next-day installationand they didnt even tear up my yard in the process. The entire experience was professional, transparent, and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Stratco Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

We moved into an older home last year and have used Joshua and his team for any plumbing issues that have come up. They are quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and great at figuring out the root of the problem and providing solutions. We have had them fix leaks, replace toilets, and replace the septic line, and each time they were respectful of our time and our home.
