Wonderful company. Did an amazing job on our 4300 sq ft house that had hidden mildew smells from sitting vacant for a year before we moved in, plus water damage and construction. They were always available for questions, showed up on time and were complete professionals. Even offered extra services for free when things were found around the home. Will recommend 100% and will be using the company again after we do a remodel project.

Dale and is Staff were absolutely amazing, my husband and I encountered what could have been a huge set back in our Kitchen Renovation when mold was discovered. Dale the owner reached out to me directly within 24 hours and came out to our home within that 48 hours to assess the issue and actually moved things around to accommodate our Kitchen Renovation not being delayed for weeks. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently we have a $100 discount off air testing on our website. The cost can range depending on the layout of the residence or commercial property. We can also do direct contact swabs or tape strips if you have a specific area of concern. Over the phone we can give pricing as we better understand your concerns.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to your concerns and provide you advice and pricing on the best methodology to be used for testing. Testing typically takes less than 30 minutes at site and results are usually back in 24-48 hours from testing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied Occupational therapy and certified in Mold Prevention, Remediation and removal.
OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926 Training.
