I had a wonderful experience with Home Defense Wildlife. Anderson was very prompt getting back to me on Easter night. He was at my house the next day, did an inspection and gave me all of my options to help with my squirrel issue. Jesse came the very next morning and he went above and beyond to seal my home, set traps, and fog the attic. He was extremely professional and polite. He answered all of my questions and gave me some helpful advice. 10 out of 10, would most definitely recommend!

I called early this morning, Anderson answered the phone and got me on the schedule the same day! By 2:30 he was standing in my driveway in Dallas,GA ready to get the job done! He removed siding pieces and suited up to get rid of our bird problem AND the mites they brought along with them! As a service technician myself I can tell you that they are as professional and efficient as it gets ! The price was very fair and our bird and mite problem is gone! I wouldnt recommend anyone else! Thank you Anderson for your time, knowledge, and professionalism!

Michael , from Home Defense, showed up exactly when he promised. He greeted us with cheerfulness and confidence to address our concerns. He explained the potential issues of what might be discovered in our attic, and what it would take to resolve a rodent problem. We were tremendously relieved that upon inspection of our attic that Michael reported that there wasnt any rodent activity in our attic. His honesty in this day and age is so appreciated! He didnt try to sell us a service that we didnt need! Im so grateful that Home Defense was here to provide the inspection and put our concerns to rest. He went above and beyond to solve the problem I was having with a bird inspection and removal of nesting in my dryer vent. Since every home is unique, each wildlife situation is different. For this reason, we offer a FREE inspection to precisely determine what is needed to resolve your specific animal issue.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start everything with a FREE inspection. One of our knowledgeable inspectors will come to your home to assess your wildlife situation by providing a thorough inspection of your attic, roofline and crawlspace in order to determine the type of animal activity your experiencing. Once complete, they will provide you with a full service solution to not only remove the unwanted guest(s) but also a plan to ensure that they are unable to return.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is NWCO certified and have the proper licensing required by the state to ensure our customers are getting the most knowledgeable inspectors and technicians. We follow all state and federal regulations to ensure that both the customer and the animals are properly cared for.
