- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would like the customers to know that all price can be negotiated base ones need. I do charge a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling, should you have have to reschedule ( within 24hr ), the deposit can be use to reschedule your appointment, on all hourly rates there are a 2 hour minimum. I can also provide extra labor that is not required of me to get the job done at $25hr,(i have to mount a tv but a sofa need to be move). There is a premium of 20% for same day service and 35% for holiday/urgent service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers i like to introduce myself, get as much detail about what i am doing, tell customer what to expect and make sure they have good understanding, set appointment and complete job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for a accounting, but all my experience were acquired through previous jobs
