Walter was the second technician who came out to diagnose why my Samsung washer was not spinning. He was the only technician who was able to identify and show me the 3C2 error code, which indicated that the electronic control board needed to be replaced. He was very thorough in explaining the issue, and I feel confident in his diagnosis. I’m looking forward to having Walter return once the part arrives to complete the repair. I really appreciate his professionalism and knowledge.
