I recently reached out to Fuse HVAC and Appliance Repair for help with a broken AC unit. From the start, their service was outstanding. The technician worked diligently for more than a day to diagnose and find the root cause of the issue. Given that the unit was 18 years old, finding replacement parts wasn’t easy, but the technician did not give up. He kept looking for solutions and assured us that we wouldn’t need to replace the entire unit. I truly appreciate their persistence, expertise, and commitment to saving us from a costly replacement. Julio did a great job diagnosing where the leak was coming from. I had contacted this company after two plumbers told me they have inspected all the pipes in the ceiling it may be related to HVAC. Well Julio found the issue that the two plumbers did not and it turns out it was related to a plumbing issue and he worked diligently ensuring he checked everything. If you ever have HVAC needs, I highly recommend contacting them.
