- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Installation of appliances is typically direct replacement so our pricing reflects the process necessary for completing in that environment
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first give a quote based on direct replacement, meaning uninstalling the old unit and replacing with new without the need for changes to electrical, plumbing or cabinetry. Modifications and parts are extra as well as after hours appointment(any after 5pm request)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every 1-3 years we undergo certification for Wolf, SubZero, JennAir, Viking and Meile this allows us to be up on the latest changes to the product. This also allows us in some cases to extend the manufactures warranty
