- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have them knowledgeable about what cause the problem on the appliance and how they can avoid it happening, when is not wear and tear situations, make them feel as it’s your own and give them assurance on guarantee on the work performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a train technician over 26 years of experience in the field, includes USA base Italian training in assembly compressor installation, seal system and handling of Freon .
