I got same day service and the tech worked on it until he made sure he got the problem solved. Usually repairmen are not so thoughtful, they will just do whatever they think will fix it then leave, then I have to call them back out again! Very frustrating. But not with this appliancerepair. I would use them again.

The tech came to us right after I contacted the company, and it was midday of Sunday. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
