I recently reached out to Fuse HVAC and Appliance Repair for help with a broken AC unit. From the start, their service was outstanding. The technician worked diligently for more than a day to diagnose and find the root cause of the issue. Given that the unit was 18 years old, finding replacement parts wasn’t easy, but the technician did not give up. He kept looking for solutions and assured us that we wouldn’t need to replace the entire unit. I truly appreciate their persistence, expertise, and commitment to saving us from a costly replacement. This is a great company with excellent customer service! My technician was Alex and he was very professional with a pleasant disposition. That really goes a long way in business during these times...He repaired my Maytag dryer and the follow-up was great. The owner and his staff really operate from the stance of excellence.
