There is a typical diagnostic charge that covers the trip. That charge is waved if hired for the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we give you a call to understand the scope of the job and get you on our schedule. We quote you on the repair if you approve we fix it no questions asked.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over ten years of maintance work and several business degrees.
