I booked one day in advance shortly after received a text message that acknowledged an arrival window I suggested. Lorenzo arrived In that time confirmed and even called shortly before to advise of his arrival. It was slightly raining outside and he took the time to go outside and check the outdoor unit and overall completed the job withing 30 minutes to an hour. I felt like the price was fair compared to other companies within the atlanta area as we have gotten multiple quotes being that we had another company come out to install furnace previous fall. Lorenzo walked around to do a temperature check as well and reccomended a routine maintance in the future. I would reccomend & use services again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive, the service call fee is waived with most paid repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When the customer calls, I get all the information needed, inform them of the service fee, and schedule a time frame that is beneficial for both of us for the service visit. I offer a warranty on all completed repairs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my training from a technical college, where I studied HVAC and Major Appliance repair. I also gained experience by working in the industry.
