Mr. Sam was great! I had a repair man cancel on me at 5:30pm. I reached out to ProSam right after to see when the soonest they could come fix my broken dryer and he said “I’ll be there in an hour.” Amazing!!! He came and fixed the dryer in less than 10 minutes and was very fair with pricing. He was informative about the problem and didn’t leave until I checked to make sure it was in working condition. 10/10 will use again!
