Heating element went out of my dryer on Sunday. I contacted QA and they worked around my work schedule on Monday to come out and assess the issue. The technician arrived and determined the issue and described what it would take to fix it along with an estimate. He had the issues resolved in 20 minutes. Very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy. Will definitely use for any other appliance issues that arise!

I noticed my Samsung refrigerator wasn’t holding a cold temperature. I reached out to Quality Appliance, in the middle of a flight, on a Friday. They came the next day, (Saturday), assessed and diagnosed the issued. The Tech was extremely communicative, transparent and patient. I will use them for all my appliance needs. Thank you!!!

Mr. David’s quality of service was beyond amazing. After first initial contact he was quick with a response and was true to his appointment time. After diagnosing the situation with our washer he asked if we wanted to proceed and actually came back out the same day to finish repairing the washer. It makes our family feel at ease knowing that if any of our other major appliances malfunction we know someone with Great Service as well as fair prices to contact.
