Mr. Taylor was kind, on time, and very knowledgeable, he had been here for a dishwasher repair prior to the refrigerator complaint, so I was happy that the warranty company sent him again. We would use him without a warranty contract for our appliance needs.

This technician communicated costs associated with work which we agreed on. On the day of service, he calls from the parts shop telling me about an increase in price, which I agreed to. Unfortunately, he did not have the professionalism to communicate his need for more than stated to me the second time he increased the cost. We scheduled and I waited for him canceling other appointments around the appointment I had with him. If you are looking for an appliance technician, please confirm all details with him before scheduling your time around him.
