Residential Appraisals - Pricing - Desktop appraisals - $250 Drive-by appraisals - $300 Services offered - We also offer traditional residential appraisals for single family, duplexes triplexes and quads. Fees - Traditional appraisals start at $400. Fee quotes for these types start with you providing the property address. Contact - Please just call or text for more info on these types of appraisals.
