- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Appraisal Qualifications Boards (AQB) Certified Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Instructor. This nationally recognized designation is held by approximately 545 instructors worldwide; including 17 designated in the State of Georgia. I am a licensed Georgia Appraiser Instructor and hold a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) designation. Both license and designation authorize me to teach appraiser continuing education courses to active appraisers and qualification courses to new appraisers coming into the business. In a classroom setting, I have taught approximately 400 new appraisers in such states as Louisiana, Texas and Georgia.

As a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, I have several years of âhands onâ experience in appraising all types of residential real estate including high value, complex and residential investment properties.
